An unannounced inspection was initiated and completed on 10/22/2025 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 10/10/2025 relating to allegations of programs. The inspector reviewed 1 child?s record and 1 staff record.
This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
