An unannounced monitoring inspection was initiated on and completed on 10/16/2025 in response to self-reports received by the licensing office on 10/14/2025 relating to supervision. The inspector reviewed 1 children?s record on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, and interviews.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
