During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. If there were any serious injuries or fatalities related to a violation, the details will be included in the description of the violation.

An unannounced, on-site focused inspection was initiated on October 24 2025 and completed on October 24 2025, as a part of an Intensive Plan of Correction (IPOC). The Department requested that the provider complete an IPOC as result of the last inspection related to Programs (8VAC20-780-(6)-410-2 and 8VAC20-780-(6)-400-C). The on-site inspection began at 12:45pm and ended at 1:45pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 62 children present and 17 caregivers. The inspector reviewed 0 children?s records and 0 staffing records.
This inspection included a tour of the facility, observations, and interviews.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
