An announced monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 10/27/2025 in response to a self-report received by the licensing office on 10/22/2025 relating to staff quality. The inspector reviewed 1 child record and 1 staff record on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the center, interviews and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
