During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. An unannounced inspection was initiated on September 10 2025 and completed on October 21 2025 with a local agency in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on September 5 2025 relating to allegations of Supervision and Programs. The inspector reviewed 1 children?s records and 1 staff records on-site on September 10 2025. This inspection included a document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
