An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on 10/24/2025 and completed on 10/24/2025. The on-site inspection began at 10:10 am and ended at 12:38 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 26 children present and six staff.
The inspector reviewed five children?s records and five staff records on-site on 10/24/2025.
This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, observations, and measurements.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
