An unannounced, on-site focused inspection was initiated on 11/3/25 and completed on the same day, as a part of the provisional licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 10:50 and ended at 11:20. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 21 children present and 5 teachers. This was a focused inspection regarding supervision.
This inspection included: , tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.

The children's lunch boxes are not dated or labeled with the names of the children.Plan of Correction: Staff will label the lunch boxes on days when SACC is operating all day.
