During the inspection, the licensing representatives reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 11/05/2025. The on-site inspection began at 9:05 AM and ended at 11:45 AM. Two inspectors reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 108 children present and 24 staff. The inspectors reviewed 10 children?s records, 7 medications and 2 OTC skin products and 10 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, interviews, and a tour of the facility.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standard or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Standard #: 8VAC20-780-40-M Description: The center is required to keep a current list of all known allergies, sensitivities, and dietary restrictions in each room or area where children are present. The list must be dated and kept confidential.
The lists in all rooms were not dated.Plan of Correction: The provider dated all allergy lists during the inspection.
Standard #: 8VAC20-780-520-A Description: Over-the-counter skin products shall not be kept or used beyond the expiration date of the product.
Over the counter skin products #1 and #2 were kept beyond the expiration date.Plan of Correction: During the inspection the provider contacted parents for a plan to dispose/collect the expired over the counter products.
