An unannounced inspection was initiated on and completed on 10/14/2025 with a local Department of Social Services agency in response to a complaint received by the licensing office relating to allegations of Staffing and Supervision and Programs. The inspector reviewed one child?s records and one staff record on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interview and observation.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
