An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on 11/6/2025 and completed on 11/6/2025, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 11:54AM and ended at 1:52PM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 54 children present and 10 staff. The inspector reviewed 4 children?s records on site on 11/6/2025 and 3 staff records on-site on 11/6/2025. Medication was reviewed on site 11/6/2025.
