An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated and completed on 11/14/2025, as part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 10:30am and ended at 1:30pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 54 children and 9 staff on-site. The inspector viewed on-site records of 5 children and 4 staff on 11/14/2025. Medication was reviewed on-site, for 1 child, on 11/12/2025.
The inspection included the following: document reviews, tour of the facility, and observations.
