An unannounced on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 11/12/2025. The inspection began at 2:00 and ended at 3:30. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 4 children and 4 staff present. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 5 staff records. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observation.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with the applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Standard #: 8VAC20-780-550-D Description: The center shall implement monthly practice evacuation drills.
Drills had not been completed in August and October.Plan of Correction: Drill had been completed but not documented. They will be documented each month.
