During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on November 19, 2025 and completed on November 19, 2025. The on-site inspection began at 10:05 a.m. and ended at 11:30 a.m. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 50 children present and 11 staff. The inspector reviewed five children?s records and five staff records electronically on November 21, 2025. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Standard #: 8VAC20-780-560-G Description: When food is brought from home the food container shall be sealed and clearly dated and labeled in a way that identifies the owner. One lunch box in the 2's room and two lunch boxes in the PreK room were not labeled. Plan of Correction: Staff and parents will be reminded to ensure lunch boxes are labeled.
