Nine (9) children's records and ten10) staff records were reviewed and updated at the YMCA's main office from 10:00 a.m. through 1:00 p.m. The medication and medication paperwork was reviewed for four children. Areas of non-compliance may be found on the violation notice. Risk scores were discussed. Areas observed were hand washing/bathroom procedures, transition, arts and crafts, and indoor organized play. All interactions between staff and children were appropriate and the children seemed comfortable with the daily routine.
