An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 10/28/2025, as part of the licensure period.
The on-site inspection began at 7:15 am and ended at 8:05 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above.
There were 8 children present and 3 staff. The inspector reviewed 3 children?s records and 3 staff records on-site.
This inspection included document review and tour of the facility.
