An unannounced monitoring inspection was initiated on 12/1/2025 and completed on 12/1/2025 in response to a self-report received by the licensing office on 11/17/2025 relating to staffing and supervision The inspector reviewed one children?s records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, and interview.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
