On 11/24/2020 a virtual Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection was conducted. Due to the COVID 19 pandemic the inspector was not on site. During this inspection there were 2 children present observed playing freely supervised by vendor. Emergency supplies, procedures and drills were reviewed. The home and facilities were inspected via video mobile application. In addition, Child household member and vendor records were reviewed. Violations are indicated on the violation notice.
