An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was completed on 12/01/2025, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 12:30 pm and ended at 1:42 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 16 children present and 5 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 5 staff records. This inspection included a document review, tour of facility, interviews, observations and measurements. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Standard #: 8VAC20-780-270-A Description: Areas and equipment of the center, inside and outside, shall be maintained in a clean, safe and operable condition.
There was exposed rust on the bathroom partitions in both restrooms. There was a broken toilet paper holder in the girls restroom.Plan of Correction: Center will repair partition walls and toilet paper holder.
Standard #: 8VAC20-780-340-A Description: When staff are supervising children, they shall always ensure their care, protection, and
guidance.
During this inspection child #1, eight months old was sleeping in baby seat. Staff placed child #1 down in a crib on top of a blanket.Plan of Correction: Center will follow safe sleep guidelines.
