During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 12/02/2025. The on-site inspection began at 4:05 p.m. and ended at 5:30 p.m. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 33 children present and 5 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 5 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, observations, and measurements.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Standard #: 8VAC20-780-70 Description: Documentation of at least 2 references to character, reputation, and competency are to be checked prior to employment.
Staff 5, who has been employed for over two months, did not have any completed reference verifications on file.Plan of Correction: Provider will obtain.
Standard #: 8VAC20-780-240-B Description: Staff shall complete orientation training prior to the staff member working alone with children and no later than seven days of the date of assuming job responsibilities.
There was no orientation training for Staff 5 who had been employed for over 2 months.Plan of Correction: Provider will obtain.
Standard #: 8VAC20-780-240-D Description: Prior to working alone with children and within seven days of the first day of employment, staff shall be provided in writing all of the required information.
