An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was completed on 11/21/2025, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 11:50 am and ended at 1:20pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 21 children present and 5 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 5 staff records. This inspection included a document review, tour of facility, interviews, observations and measurements. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Standard #: 8VAC20-780-270-A Description: Areas and equipment of the center, inside and outside, shall be maintained in a clean, safe and operable condition.
The window in one of the classrooms had a broken pane of glass that had been taped over.
There was rotting wood on three of the exterior windows, two areas of the exterior wall inside of the playground that were broken, three tricycles in disrepair. a broken tile at the entrance of one of the classrooms, peeling and missing cove base, and peeling paint.Plan of Correction: Not available online.
