An unannounced complaint inspection was initiated on 11/05/2025 and completed on 11/20/2025 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 11/05/2025 relating to allegations in the areas of infant feeding, care and comfort of infants, diapering, and storage of children's belongings. The inspector reviewed 4 children's records and 5 staff records on-site on 11/05/2025. This inspection included:

The information gathered does not support the allegations regarding diapering and storage of children's belongings therefore, these areas of the complaint are found to be not valid. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards and the violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
