An unannounced inspection was initiated on and completed on 12/4/2025 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 11/24/2025 relating to allegations of Administration, Programs and Special Care Provisions and Emergencies. The inspector reviewed one child?s record. This inspection included document review, interview and observation.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
