An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on December 17, 2025 The on-site inspection began at 9:24 am and ended at 11:26 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 25 children present and 6 staff including administrative staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children's records and 6 staff records on site. This inspection included document review, interviews, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
