During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. - Technical Assistance:

* Discussion that the center confirmed their participation in the PASS program but has not received their laptop as of yet. Currently they are recording attendance through hard copies.
* Information about ?Pass? for Child Care Subsidy Providers ?
Child Care Program Attendance and Schedule System (PASS) is the new attendance tracking platform for the Subsidy Program. Child Care Subsidy Providers will no longer record a hard copy attendance (last day 11/30/2025). No more swipe cards or POS machines. Attendance will be recorded on tablets starting 12/01/25.

A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was conducted in conjunction with the licensing inspection. Subsidy standards that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this SHSI.
Information gathered during the inspection determined (1) non-compliance with applicable a standard. This violation was documented on the violation notice issued to the center.

Standard #: 8VAC20-790-600-F Description: Staff who work directly with children shall attend the department's health and safety update course.
A certificates of completion for the Annual Health & Safety Update course 2024 were not available for review for Staff #1, and Staff #2.Plan of Correction: Certificates of completion for the Annual Health & Safety Update course 2025 will be obtained for all applicable staff. If available, the certificate for 2024 for Staff #1, and Staff #2 will be found and placed on file.
