An announced initial inspection was conducted on December 11. 2025 at 9:00am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were no children present. There were two staff present. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 2 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, a tour of the facility, interviews, observations and measurements. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
