An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated on 12/11/2025 and completed on 12/11/2025, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 10:15am and ended at 12:15pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 40
children present and seven staff. The inspector reviewed five children's records and five staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Standard #: 22.1-289.036-A Description: The center is required to have every agent of an applicant for licensure as a child day center undergo a background check every five years.
The record of Board Officer #1 had a national criminal background check that was overdue by 18 months and a central registry check that was overdue by over 13 months.Plan of Correction: The repeat national criminal background check was obtained on 12/17/25 and the repeat central registry check was obtained on 12/12/25.
