An unannounced inspection was initiated on 11/21/2025 and completed on 12/29/2025 with the local Department of Social Services in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 11/19/2025 relating to allegations of Programs, Staffing and Supervision. The inspector reviewed one child?s record on-site. This inspection included document review, interviews and observation.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
