During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated and completed on November 6, 2025. The on-site inspection began at 11:00am and ended at 1:20pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 34 children present and 7 staff. The inspector reviewed four children?s records and three staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews and observations.
Information gathered during the inspection determined noncompliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Standard #: 22.1-289.036-B-3 Description: The child day center must obtain a copy of central registry search results.
The child day center did not have completed central registry results for Board Member #3. Board Member #1, #2 and #6's central registry results were more than two months overdue.Plan of Correction: Not available online. Contact Inspector for more information.
Standard #: 8VAC20-780-270-A Description: Areas and equipment of the center, inside and outside, shall be maintained in a clean, safe and operable condition.
The PK2 classroom had an area of chipped paint on the wall by the back door. The After Care classroom had areas of chipped paint on the wall by the classroom door and closet doors.Plan of Correction: We requested this to be repaired by the church facilities team (we rent from the church). It will be done no later than Monday.
