An unannounced inspection was initiated on December 11, 2025 and completed on December 11, 2025 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on December 11, 2025 relating to allegations of staffing and safety concerns.
The inspector reviewed 0 children?s records and 0 staff records on-site on December 11, 2025. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the
allegations; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered
during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
