An announced review of staff personnel files was conducted on 01/08/2026 by inspectors Diana DeSilva, Miranda Wright, Ariel Hayes and Margaret Allworth at the Pennino SACC office building. The inspection began at 9:30 am and ended at 1:00 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. The inspection included document review.
