An unannounced monitoring inspection was initiated on 1/7/2026 and completed on 1/12/2026, as part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 11:50am and ended at 1:40pm.
The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 20 children and 6 staff present. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records on-site and 2 staff records electronically. There was 1 medication reviewed during the on-site inspection.
The inspection included the following: document review, tour of the facility, and observations.
