During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. An unannounced, on-site focused inspection was initiated and completed on 1/14/2026, as a part of the provisional licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 12:00 pm and ended at 1:00 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 56 children present and 11 staff. The inspectors reviewed 8 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, a tour of the facility, and interviews.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
