An unannounced monitoring inspection was initiated on January 13, 2026 and completed on January 13, 2026 in response to a self-report received by the licensing office on January 7, 2026
relating to 8VAC20-780-410. The inspector reviewed 1 child?s record and 1 staff record on-site on January 13, 2026. This inspection included document review and interviews. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards
or law. No violations were issued.
