An unannounced inspection was initiated on February 11, 2026 and completed on February 11, 2026 with a local agency in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on January 29, 2026 relating to allegations of forbidden actions. The inspector reviewed 1 child record and 1 staff record. This inspection included document review and interviews.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
