An unannounced monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on February 3, 2026 in response to a self-report received by the licensing office on January 23, 2026 relating to procedures for emergencies and supervision. The inspector reviewed 8 children?s records and 5 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
