An unannounced, on-site focused inspection was initiated and completed on 2/4/26, as a part of the conditional licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 7:40am and ended at 8:30am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 6 children present and 2 staff. The inspector reviewed 1 child record on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews and observations.
Information gathered during the inspection determined noncompliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Standard #: 8VAC20-780-550-G Description: Documentation shall be maintained of emergency evacuation drills that includes all of the required information. There was no documentation of the emergency evacuation drill practiced in January 2026. Plan of Correction: The facility responded: The January evacuation drill was documented during the inspection.
