An unannounced monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 2/3/2026 in response to a self-report received by the licensing office on 2/2/2026 relating to administration, supervision andbehavior management.
This inspection included document review , interviews, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
