An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on February 19, 2026 and completed on February 19, 2026. The on-site inspection began at 9:55 am and ended at 10:40 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 8 children present and 3 staff. The inspector reviewed 2 children?s records and 2 staff records on-site on February 19, 2026. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
