On January 8, 2021 a virtual monitoring inspection was conducted. Due to the COVID 19 pandemic the inspector was not on site; the inspection was conducted via mobile video application as well as email and phone correspondence. During the inspection there was 1child present directly supervised by the vedor. Child, assistant, vendor and household member records were reviewed. The home as well as emergency procedures and supplies was also inspected. Violations are indicated in the violation notice.
