Comments:
This annual subsidy inspection was conducted by the inspector using an alternate remote protocol necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

An annual subsidy inspection was initiated and completed by remote application on 1/22/2021. The vendor reported that there were no children currently in care at the time of the inspection. The inspector reviewed policies and procedures for maintaining child information, attendance records, emergency preparedness training and supplies and a review of vendor/ household records.

The licensing inspector has reviewed with the vendor COVID-19 Essential Guidance for Child Care programs.

Information gathered during the inspection determined an area of non-compliance with applicable regulation or law and have been cited in attached violation notice.
