Thank you for your assistance during this unannounced inspection. This on-site visit was conducted on July 21, 2017 from 10:15 a.m. through 1:00 p.m. On this date, there were twenty-six (26) children in the care of nine (9) staff members. Five (5) children's records were reviewed. Nine (9) staff records were reviewed and updated on July 5, 2017 at the YMCA main location. The medication and medication paperwork was reviewed for three children. Areas observed were organized movie, transition, hand washing/bathroom procedures, outside play and lunch. All interactions between staff and children were appropriate and the children seemed comfortable with the daily routine.
