Comments:
Thank you for your assistance during today's inspection conducted by appointment from 9:56 AM to 11:45 AM. Today's inspection was for the purpose of modification of the license according to the planned relocation from Ware Elementary School to Bessie Weller Elementary School. I viewed the indoor space planned for activities, information for required posting, the emergency response plan for the new location, agency inspection reports and liability insurance information. A recommendation for issuance of a modified license will be recommended. Please, keep in mind that ongoing compliance with minimum standards is the responsibility of the licensee. Let me know if you need any assistance. 540/430-9259
