We reviewed requirements for insect repellent, posting requirements, children's records, first aid supplies, staff records, storage of toxic agents, written policies/procedures, and the licensing process.
Thank you for your assistance with the initial licensing inspection conducted from 10:21 AM to 2:00 PM. I viewed the indoor areas, the archery area, posted information, emergency supplies, emergency planning, policies and procedures, three background checks for business representatives, agency inspection reports, liability insurance, two staff records, four records for children, and daily schedule. All meals and snacks will be brought from home. There will be a variety of active sports and skill development offered such as archery, swimming, wall climbing, nature hikes, and geocashing.
