Today we discussed USDA requirements for milk with lunch.
- Comments:

an unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today between 10am through 12noon. There 105 children in care with 17 teaching staff, 18 student volunteers and four administrators. Today is the first day of the summer program. Children and staff records were reviewed. Required postings, annual inspections, insurance and emergency evacuation drills were reviewed. Children were observed in teacher and self-directed activities including music class, pencil and paper activities and lunch. There were not any violations identified during the inspections. The results of the inspection were discussed with two program administrators at the conclusion of the inspection.
