Thank you for your time and assistance with the unannounced monitoring inspection conducted today, July 17, 2019. The on-site inspection was from 10:20a.m. to 12:05p.m. On this date, there were 29 children present in two groups and in the care of six staff members. There were two additional staff members available to assist if needed. There were 35 children enrolled in camp this week. Observations were made in both groups. All staff records were reviewed at the June 13, 2019 inspection, and there have been no changes in staffing since that time. Five children's records were reviewed. Three staff members and three children were interviewed. The medications and medication authorization were reviewed for one child. The violation from the previous inspection had been corrected. There were no violations of the licensing standards observed. The theme for the week was On The Farm. Some items reviewed/observed: required posted information, first-aid kit and emergency supplies, posted menu, over-the-counter skin products and parental authorizations, application of sunscreen, swimming, art activity, transitions, inside large motor games, and golf lessons.
