A new subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted today. The vendor was present with no children in care, she has 4 children enrolled but today is meet the teacher at the school so none of the children are in care. Observed the providers won child playing during the inspection. The space used for child care is large and has lots of supplies. The vendor will no transport the children in care, she does take them for neighborhood walks, but will provide meals . This inspection was started at 10:00 and ended at12:00 . Description: Based on the review of children's records , the vendor failed to have some of the components required to complete the children's files. Evidence: The inspector reviewed the records for the 3 siblings enrolled at the vendors home. The 3 children are missing the emergency contact's address.

Plan of Correction: I will ask the parent for the address

Description: Based on the physical plant review and the interview with the vendor, the vendor failed to have the numbers for 911 or local dial number for police, fire and emergency medical services and the number of the regional poison control center posted. Evidence: The vendor did not have any of the required emergency numbers posted.

Plan of Correction: I found the stickers with the numbers and posted them during the visit.

Standard #: VENDHOM-000-030-B
Description: Based on the review of the emergency evacuation procedures, the vendor failed to have any written documentation of the emergency evacuation drills. Evidence: The vendor stated in the interview that she has done the drills, but she has not written them down.l

Plan of Correction: I will record the drill every month on the paper I have
