Technical Assistance:
1. Advised staff of free fingerprinting through Field Print through 9/30/19. Call to get code. 2. Discussed hand washing and options of using baby wipes and/or hand sanitizer as back up options. Also, discussed the safe storage of products labeled 'keep out of reach of children.' 3. Reviewed school procedure for requiring documentation of background checks for county staff that come to the school and work with children 1:1.

Comments:
12:45-2:30pm Conducted an unannounced religious exempt inspection. Observed the preschool classes that had a total of 19 children in attendance with 3 direct-care staff. Ratios and supervision were in compliance. Children were observed going outside and having active outdoor play time. The facility was found to be very clean and well maintained, safeguarded appropriately, and well supplied with equipment for the children. Policies and procedures reviewed and found to be in compliance. Staff background checks have been completed on all staff, and determined to be in compliance today. Recordkeeping was very organized and well maintained. Administrative and training violations found.

Description: Based on interview conducted, it was determined that a written statement about employee health requirements has not been provided to parents/guardians or the general public.

Plan of Correction: This information will be added to written documents given to parents/guardians and general public.

Description: Based on interview conducted, it was determined that staff have not been trained on daily health screening of children. Evidence: While this is a practice during the morning arrival, no one has received training on such.

Plan of Correction: Staff will receive training on daily health screening of children.
