Licensing Inspector arrived at 10:15 and departed at 11:30 AM to conduct a religiously exempt child day center cod compliance visit in conjunction with a subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI). At the time of the inspection, there 26 children (ages infant through four years) in care with four staff. Children were observed watching television and participating in free play. The sample size was four staff records.

Standard #: 63.2(17)-1720.1-B-2 Description: Based on review of four staff records, it was determined that the facility did not ensure that all staff had completed fingerprinting as required by the standards. Evidence: The record for staff #3 did not include fingerprinting. Plan of Correction: Appointment has been scheduled and once results from fingerprinting are received, results will be placed in record.
