Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. If there were any serious injuries or fatalities related to a violation, the details will be included in the description of the violation.

Technical Assistance:

* Discussion that the program is considering becoming a religious exempt facility. * Discussion of emergency drills and scheduling them to cover as many populations each week throughout the summer. One fire drill or one shelter-in-place may not be enough if different campers are starting each week through the summer.

Comments:

An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated and completed on 07/29/2025. The on-site inspection began at 9:45 am and ended at 11:45 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were (157) children present and (27) staff. The inspector reviewed (10) children?s records and (10) staff records on-site on 07/29/2025. This inspection included: document review (i.e. Files, injury logs, policies and procedures, emergency drill logs, medication administration logs, authorization forms); tour of the facility; interviews; and observations. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Description:	Physical examinations completed by a physician shall be obtained prior to the first day of attendance or within 30 days after the first day of attendance. There was no physical examination in the record of child #6, who had been enrolled for over 30 days.
Plan of Correction:	Parent will be contacted in order to obtain this documentation. However, the last day of camp this year is 08/01/25.
