An unannounced inspection was conducted from 955 -1100. There were no children present today but vendor and household members were present. All items were checked including children's records, emergency supplies, certifications, and Pre Service training certificate. Entire home was also observed.

Standard #: VENDHOM-000-005-B
Description: Based on record review, it was determined the vendor's written hard copy record of daily attendance did not include departure times for child #2 for two weeks in August.

Plan of Correction: When she comes we will ask her to complete.

Standard #: VENDHOM-000-014-A
Description: Based on observation, it was determined potentially poisonous substances, materials and supplies were stored in an area accessible to children. Evidence: 1. Hallway closet is where cleaning supplies, disinfectants, and deodorizers are stored. There is no locking mechanism on door.

Plan of Correction: Will buy a lock for the closet.
